摘要
通过对高炉下渣铁的理化性能分析,结合转炉提钒的工艺要求,将高炉下渣铁用作转炉提钒冷却剂。结果表明,下渣铁作提钒冷却剂用于提钒生产,技术上可行。在下渣铁用量为22.1 kg/t铁条件下,半钢多增硫3 ppm。因此,控制好下渣铁中高炉渣带有量,对半钢增硫至关重要。否则,下渣铁的使用将对品种钢产生一定不利影响。
Based on the analysis of physical and chemical properties of blast furnace slag iron, and combined with the technological requirements in the converter vanadium, slag iron was used as a converter vanadium coolant. The results showed that the technology used the slag iron as cooling agent in vanadium extraction is feasible. When the amount of slag iron is 22.1 kg/t, the increased amount of sulfur in half of steel is 3 ppm. Therefore, it is important to control the slag content in slag iron for the sulfur addition in half steel. Otherwise, the use of slag iron will produce some adverse effects for varieties steel.
