滇池蓝藻的脱水及固化技术研究

摘要 通过向滇池蓝藻浆中分别加入生石灰、三氯化铁两种不同量的调理剂并进行抽滤脱水,脱水后采用天然高分子凝胶载体中的琼脂和有机合成高分子凝胶载体聚乙烯醇(PVA)作为固化剂对蓝藻进行固化处理。结果表明,三氯化铁的脱水性能较生石灰为好,其最佳投加量为4 g/50 mL,脱水率约为49.1%,脱水后蓝藻含水率为50.9%。经机械强度与耐热性测试后可知,聚乙烯醇固化效果较琼脂为好。 In order to study the dewatering effect for the cyanobacteria liquid from Dianchi Lake, quicklime and ferric trichloride were used as conditioner and added into cyanobacteria liquid respectively. After dehydration, agar and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) were selected as curing agent to study their solidification effect. The results show that the dewatering efficiency of ferric trichloride was higher than that of quicklime , and the proper amount of ferric trichloride is 4 g/50 mL, the best dewatering efficiency is 49.1%. In addition, hardness test and thermal test show that PVA is better than agar when they are used for solidification.
