摘要
ZSM-5分子筛是化学工业中重要的固体酸催化剂,本文简要讨论了分子筛的晶化机理和动力学,以及几种常规ZSM-5水热合成工艺:有机胺合成工艺、无机胺合成工艺、醇类合成工艺和无模板剂合成工艺等,并对这几种工艺进行了比较。
ZSM -5 zeolite is a kind of important solid acid catalyst of petro-chemical indus- try.In this paper, the mechanisms of zeolite crystallization and kinetics,and the ZSM-5 syn- thetic processes of hydrothermal crystallization were discussed.The processes included that the synthesis methods of ZSM-5 zeolite with different templates （organic amine, inorganic amine, et al.）or without templates. Finally,the above-mentioned processes were also corn- pared.
