摘要 分析了我国农村和小城镇污水水质、水量的特点,以及目前一体化污水处理设备在农村和小城镇污水处理中应用时所存在的问题。提出了一种小型一体化污水处理设备(MST),该设备在工艺上借鉴生物膜法中的生物接触氧化法和流动床工艺,采用模块化设计的理念,将气提反应模块代替传统二沉池。通过中试试验验证了该设备具有良好的去除有机物、氨氮和SS的效果,特别是出水SS的质量浓度能够稳定达到10 mg/L以下。为我国农村和小城镇污水处理提供新的解决办法。 The quality and quantity characteristics of sewage from countryside and small towns of China were analyzed. Based on the existing problems of integrated equipments treating that kind of sewage, a kind of mini sewage treatment integrated equipment named MST was pointed out. Adopting the principle of modular de- sign and learning from the experiences of biological contact oxidation process and biological fluidized bed process of biofilm technology as references, the equipment designers used airlift reaction zone to replace traditional secondary setting tank. The results of the pilot scale test showed that, the said equipment had good removal effect on organic matters, ammonia nitrogen and SS, the mass concentration of SS in the effluent water could be stable at 10 mg/L or even lower. Therefore, mini sewage treatment integrated equipment can be a novel and feasible pro- cess for sewage treatment in countryside and small towns of China.
