ClO_2耦合超声波破解污泥回流SBR系统的隐性生长污泥减量研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了考察系统污泥减量效果及污泥回流对系统污水处理效果的影响,探讨实现污泥减量的机制,将70%剩余污泥经ClO2耦合超声波处理后回流至SBR中试系统,运行30 d,测定系统累计排泥量、系统出水水质、污泥活性、污泥沉降性能等指标。结果表明,经ClO2耦合超声波处理后的剩余污泥回流至系统后,产泥量减少了54.86%。污泥回流对SBR系统的SS、CODCr、NH3-N和TN去除效果无影响,对TP的去除率有所降低。当量表观污泥产率从对照组的0.410 kg[SS]/kg[CODCr]降低到了0.186 kg[SS]/kg[CODCr],当量衰减系数由对照组的0.036 0d-1提高到0.060 2 d-1。系统能保证出水水质稳定,污泥减量效果显著。 For the purpose of investigating the influences of sludge reduction and sludge return in SBR on wastewater treatment effect, and discussing the mechanism of sludge reduction, 70% of the excess sludge pretreated by ClO2-uhrasonication disruption was returned into the pilot system of the SBR, through a 30-day operation, total emission amount of sludge, effluent water quality, sludge activity, sludge settleability and some other indexes of the system were determined. The results showed that, after the excess sludge pretreated by CIO2- uhrasonication disruption returned into the system, the sludge output reduced 54.86%, therefore, it could draw a conclusion that, sludge return had no affect on SS, CODCr, NH3-N and TN removal while decreased the removal rate of TP at the same time. Through the mentioned treatment, the observed biomass yield of the sludge decreased from 0.410 (control group) to 0.186 kg [ SS ]/kg [ CODCr] (experimental group), the attenuation coefficient increased from 0.0360(control group) to 0.060 2 d-l(experimental group), the effluent water quality was stable and the sludge reduction effect was notable.
