欣母沛联合B-Lynch缝合术在宫缩乏力性产后出血治疗中的优势探讨

The Advantage of Hemabate Combined B-Lynch Suture for Haemorrage of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的:分析欣母沛联合B-Lynch缝合术在宫缩乏力性产后出血治疗中的优势,探讨其应用前景。方法:针对剖宫产术中发生宫缩乏力性大出血的治疗措施,选取36例采用欣母沛联合BLynch缝合术的患者作为观察组,选取56例采用传统止血方法的患者作为对照组,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、止血有效率及子宫切除率均低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:对于剖宫产术中宫缩乏力性产后出血,欣母沛联合B-Lynch缝合术操作简单、疗效确切、成功率高,可快速控制术中大出血,降低出血量,且能缩短手术时间并有效避免子宫切除,值得作为临床首选方法。

Objective： To explore hemabate joint B-Lynch suture uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage in the application value. Method： Select the 36 cases occurred in cesarean uterine inertia intramuscular bleeding and uterine body Hemabate joint B-Lynch suture in patients as the observation group; choose to use the traditional method of treatment of bleeding uterine inertia cesarean section haemorrhage 56 patients as a control group to compare the clinical efficacy. Result： Observation operative time,blood loss,bleeding efficient and hysterectomy rates were lower than the control group（ P ＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion： Hemabate combined B-Lynch suture treatment of uterine inertia cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage efficacy,rapid control of bleeding during cesarean section to reduce the amount of bleeding and surgical time,and the operation is simple,success rate can effectively avoid hysterectomy,cesarean section can be used as uterine atony post-partum hemorrhage treatment of choice,worthy of clinical application.
