LNG-IUS治疗子宫内膜异位症术后复发疗效观察

The LNG-IUS Observation and Analysis of the Efficacy of the Treatment of Endometriosis Recurrence

目的:探讨左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(LNG-IUS)治疗子宫内膜异位症术后复发的疗效及安全性。方法:选取子宫内膜异位症腹腔手术治疗后90例患者进行研究,分为观察组30例采用LNG-IUS治疗,对照组使用孕三烯酮和醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗各30例,随诊6个月,观察比较两组治疗前后痛经缓解效果和月经量、周期的变化。结果:观察组痛经缓解情况明显优于对照组,在月经量和月经周期的比较上,观察组的恢复能力比对照组强。结论:LNG-IUS用于治疗子宫内膜异位症术后复发的效果非常好,值得临床推广。

Objective： Investigate the efficacy and safety in the treatment of endometrial endometriosis recurrence of the levonorgestrel- releasing intrauterine system（ LNG- IUS）. Method： Abdominal surgical treatment of endometriosis study of 90 patients,divided into two groups of 30 patients with treatment of the LNG-IUS control group using Gestrinone and acetate bright leuprolide treatment of the 30 cases,followed upwere compared before and after treatment for 6 months to observe the effect of menstrual flow,dysmenor-rhea alleviate cycle changes. Result： Dysmenorrhea ease the situation of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the comparison of the menstrual flow and menstrual cycle,the resilience of the observation group than the control group. Conclusion： LNG-IUS for the treatment of endometriosis recurrence effect is very good,worthy of promotion.
