颅脑损伤患者预后现状和影响因素调查研究

Investigation on Prognosis Status and the Influence Factors of Traumatic Brain Injury Patients

目的:探究并分析颅脑损伤患者预后现状和影响因素分析,旨在为采取针对性预防干预措施提供参考依据。方法:对我院2008年12月至2011年12月收治入院的80例颅脑外伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,采用SPSS18.0软件分析找出患者的预后现状及影响因素进行分析。结果:80例患者恢复良好者36例,中残者26例,重残者12例,植物生存者1例,死亡15例。低氧血症、低血压、高血糖、重症感染、高龄、休克、多发伤以及损伤程度的GCS评分是影响颅脑外伤患者预后的影响因素。结论:颅脑损伤患者预后欠佳,受很多因素的影响,我们应该积极采取针对性的干预措施,可显著改善颅脑外伤的预后。

Objective： To investigate prognosis status and the influential factors of traumatic brain injury in order to provide reference basis for targeted prevention and intervention measures.Method： Eighty patients with traumatic brain injury treated in our hospital from December 2008 to December 2011 were retrospectively analysed,the collected clinical data of patients with traumatic brain injury were analysed to find out prognosis status and its influential factors of traumatic brain injury by the SPSS18.0.Result： Thirty-six traumatic brain injury patients were good recovery,twenty-six traumatic brain injury patients were residual,twelve traumatic brain injury patients were severely disabled,one traumatic brain injury patient was plants live,fifteen traumatic brain injury patients were death.Hypoxemia,old age,low blood pressure,high blood sugar,severe infection,shock,multiple trauma and damage degree of GCS score were influence factors of traumatic brain injury patients.Conclusion： The prognosis status of traumatic brain injury is bad,it is affected by various factors.We should actively take corresponding intervention measures,it can significantly improve the prognosis of craniocerebral trauma.
