热牙胶充填根管后即刻行纤维桩修复残冠的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Fiber Post in Restoration of Residual Crown Immediately after Hot Gutta Percha Obturation of the Root Canal Treatment

目的:观察热牙胶充填根管后即刻行纤维桩修复残冠的临床疗效及其应用价值。方法:选择本院根管治疗后行桩核冠修复的残冠82颗牙,随机分为两组,实验组应用System B&ObturaⅡ高温热塑牙胶充填系统进行根管充填后即刻行桩道预备,对照组在冷牙胶侧方加压充填后一周行延迟纤维桩修复,比较两组患者术后的临床疗效。结果:实验组术后的疼痛发生率为3.9%,对照组的疼痛发生率为8.5%,两组比较有统计差异(P<0.05),两组纤维桩冠修复分别于术后成功率比较无显著差异。术后无台阶形成,无根管偏移、无侧穿等并发症发生。结论:根管治疗后即刻行残冠纤维桩修复疼痛反应较轻,操作简单,省时,术后成功率较高,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect and application value of fiber post in restoration of residual crown immediately after hot gutta percha obturation of the root canal treatment. Method： 82 teeth with pile nuclear crown repairment after root canal therapy were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group was immediately underwent post space preparation after root canal filling by using System B ＆Obtura Ⅱ thermoplasticized gutta percha filling system,the control group was underwent post space preparation one week after cold lateral condensation of gutta percha filling treatment,the postoperative clinical efficacy in two groups was compared.Result： The pain occurrence rate was 3.9% in the experimental group,the incidence of pain of the control group was 8.5%,There was statistical difference between two groups（ P ＆lt; 0.05）,no significant difference in the success rate after fiber post crown restoration between two groups. No step,no root canal deviation,no perforation and other complications were formed after operation. Conclusion： The fiber post in restoration of residual crown immediately after warm gutta percha obturation of the root canal treatment has advantages of light fiber post pain reaction simple operation,time saving,high success rate,it is worthy in clinical application.
