白头翁不同部位乙醇提取液对菜青虫快速变态的影响

Influence of Rapid Transformation of Pieris rapae L. by the Ethanol Extract of Different Parts of Pulsatilla chinensis(Bunge) Regel

研究了白头翁不同部位乙醇提取液对3龄菜青虫快速变态的影响。结果表明:48 h的回归方程分析结果 Y1=67.702+0.319X1;72 h的回归方程分析结果 Y2=80.668+0.394X1。得出根部乙醇提取液对菜青虫快速变态有促进作用,当浓度为37.5 mg/mL时变态率最高,达99.7%。

The influence of rapid transformation of 3 age Pieris rapae L. by the ethanol extract of different parts of Pulsatilla chinensis （Bunge） Regel. was studied in the paper. The results showed that the regression equation of 48 h and 72 h were Yl=67.702＋0.319X1 and Y2=80.668＋0.394X1. The ethanol extract of root have promotion role to rapid transformation of Pieris rapae L., and when the concentration was 37.5 mg/mL the rate of transformation was the highest, 99.7%.
