自体DC/CIK细胞治疗宫颈癌临床疗效分析

Analysis of the clinical curative effect of autologous DC /CIK cells on cervical cancer

目的探讨树突状细胞（DC）联合细胞因子诱导的杀伤性细胞（CIK）治疗宫颈癌的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析进行DC／CIK细胞免疫治疗的72例宫颈癌患者的临床资料，分离患者外周血单个核细胞，在实验室培养9～14d后回输患者体内进行治疗。随访观察患者治疗前后瘤体变化、免疫功能、生活质量及相关指标的变化。蛄果通过自体DC／C1K细胞治疗后，患者临床症状治疗前后有明显改善，完全缓解14例，部分缓解17例，轻微缓解15例，病情稳定19例，有效率为64％。随访1，2，3a生存率分别为96％，90％，86％。蛄论自体DC／CIK细胞治疗宫颈癌有比较明显的效果，可以有效地提高患者免疫功能，改善临床症状，提高生活质量，延长患者生存期。

Objective It is to explore the clinical curative effect of autologous dendritic cells （DC） combined with cytokine induced killer cells （CIK） on cervical cancer. Methods The clinical data of 72 cases of cervical cancer patients treated with autologous DC/CIK cells was retrospectively analyzed, the mononuclear cell from peripheral blood of the patients were isolated and cultured in the laboratory for 9 -14 d, then they were transfused back into the patient＇s body, and the changes of tumor body, immune function, quality of life and related indexes were observed. Results In 72 patients received DC/CIK treatment, there were 14 cases with complete remission, 17 cases with partial remission, 15 cases with slight relief, 19 cases with stable disease, the effective rate was 64%. The 1 , 2 and 3 year survival rates for all patients were 96% , 90% and 86% respectively. Conclusion Autologous DC/CIK cells therapy has an obvious effect on cervical cancer. It can improve the immune function, clinical symptoms, life quality of the patients and prolong their survival time.
