下颌骨形态与下颌第三磨牙阻生的相关性 被引量:11

摘要 目的 研究下颌形态与下颌第三磨牙阻生的相关性.方法 选取97例20~40岁正畸患者,治疗前拍摄X线全景片和头颅定位侧位片,根据下颌第三磨牙是否阻生分为阻生组、萌出组.测量两组下颌骨多个变量进行方差分析,应用Person相关性分析确定下颌智齿阻生的危险因素.结果 阻生组下颌体长度(Go-Po')、前下面高(ANS-Me)、下颌平面角(MP-FH)小于萌出组,而下颌支宽度(W)、下颌支长度与下颌骨长度的比值(Co-Go/Co-Po)大于萌出组,P均≤0.05;两组Co-Po、Co-Go比较;P均>0.05.Person相关性分析显示,W、MP-FH中度负相关.结论 下颌第三磨牙的阻生与下颌骨形态有关,W、MP-FH可以作为预测下颌第三磨牙是否萌出的指标.
