摘要
根据欧洲标准ETAG 002的要求,讨论了硅橡胶、填料及交联剂等原材料对硅酮结构胶抗撕裂性能的影响。得出采用纳米碳酸钙或纳米碳酸钙与未处理的碳酸钙复配填料,能够提高硅酮结构胶的抗撕裂性能;采用低黏度的硅橡胶或多官能团的交联剂,提高硅酮结构胶的交联密度,也能提高硅酮结构胶的抗撕裂性能。
This paper discusses effect of raw materials, such as silicon rubber, filler and cross linking agent on tear resistance of structural silicone sealant according to ETAG 002 standard. Finally this paper draws the following conclusions: using nano calcium carbonate or nano calcium carbonate mixing with untreated calcium carbonate as filler can improve tear resistance of structural silicone sealant; using silicon rubber with low viscosity or multifunctional cross linking agent can improve cross linking density of structural silicone sealant, which can improve tear resistance too.
