摘要
低碳发展与产业布局安全关系日益突出,尤其是对新兴资源型省区,产业安全有其不同于其他地区的特点。通过对陕西工业支柱产业的实证分析,将产业低碳化水平测度指标引入产业布局安全评价研究之中,创新性地构建了资源型地区低碳背景下产业布局安全的基本分析框架。研究结果表明,陕西工业支柱产业安全状态为基本安全,但陕西产业布局安全发展也存在高能耗产业比重过高、碳排放增长过快等突出问题,而解决这些问题的主要路径是产业低碳化。
It was more prominent between low carbon development and industrial layout. Especially for the emerging resource provinces, industrial safety was different from other areas for low carbon development goals. Through the empirical analysis of the pillar industry of Shanxi Province, this paper put up industrial low carbon level measure index into industrial layout safety evaluation research and innovatively built industry safety basic analysis frame of resource area under the background of low carbon. The results showed that the pillar industries of Shanxi Province was fundamentally safe. The results also reflected some prominent problems of industry layout and industry safety of Shanxi.
