摘要
运用Super-SBM模型对中国能源产业技术创新效率进行测算,构建VAR模型,运用Johansen协整检验、脉冲响应函数和方差分解等方法研究能源产业技术创新效率对中国碳排放的影响。研究表明,多数年份中国能源产业技术创新综合效率基本上是有效的;碳排放与能源产业技术创新效率存在长期动态均衡关系;能源产业技术创新效率对碳排放的影响具有一定的滞后性;碳排放量的波动主要由其自身因素决定,但能源产业技术创新效率的影响占30%左右。从能源产业技术创新的视角提出中国降低碳排放的对策建议。
Based on Super - SBM model, this paper calculated the technology innovation efficiency of energy industries of China. Using Johansen cointegration tests, impulse response function, and variance decomposition and other empirical methods based on VAR model, this paper conducted the research on the impact of energy industry technology innovation efficiency on CO2 emissions of China. The results showed that energy industry technology innovation was comprehensive efficient in most years. There existed a long - term stable equilibrium relationship between CO2 emissions and energy industry technology innovation efficiency of China. The impact of energy industry technology innovation efficiency on CO2 emissions had a hysteresis effect. The fluctuation of CO2 emissions was primarily determined by its own factors, but the impact of energy industry technology innovation efficiency played an important role, which was accounting for about 30 % . At last, based on the results, this paper put forward suggestions on reducing CO2 emissions of China form view point of technology innovation.
