基于ANSYS对抽油杆柱振动特性的研究

摘要 抽油杆柱的振动影响抽油杆柱的脱扣和疲劳断裂,还会引起悬点的附加载荷。抽油杆柱的固有频率是影响抽油杆柱振动特性的主要因素,而杆柱的固有频率取决于杆柱的结构和材料,因此有必要研究杆柱组合对杆柱固有频率的影响规律。悬点运动和泵负荷是抽油杆柱的两个主要激励,研究杆柱在这两个激励下的稳态响应也具有重要的意义。基于ANSYS软件,运用有限元方法研究得到了杆柱组合对固有频率的影响规律和杆柱在两个主要激励下的稳态响应。 The vibrations of Rod string not only can cause fatigue fracture tripping column, but also cause additional load of suspension point. Impacting the main factors of the rod string vibration characteristics is the natural frequency of the rod string, while the natural frequency depends on the structure and materials of rod string, it is necessary to study regularity of the natural frequency on the poles combinations. The rod string two main incentives is movement and load suspension point, and it has important significance for rod string to research steady-state response on both excitation. Based on ANSYS, using the finite element method to get the poles on the natural frequency of a combination rule and poles in two main excitation steady-state response
