Technology of Continuous Feeding under Pressure for Multi-Nozzle Gasifier

在多喷嘴水煤浆气化装置的1对烧嘴因非烧嘴原因跳车、高压煤浆泵或空分装置故障、无波动倒炉、系统需要等情况下,实施带压连投可以避免气化及后系统不必要的开、停车,具有很好的经济效益。但带压连投是一种以增加气化安全风险来减少经济损失的操作,如果没有十足的把握,不宜盲目模仿。

When one pair of burners in coal-water slurry gasifier bump because of non-burner factors, or caused by mechanical failure of high-pressure coal slurry pump or air separation system , or by gasifier change-over, or problems caused by system , continuous feeding under pressure is a good way to avoid unnecessary start up and shut down gasification system and down stream systems , which is a good choice in terms of economic benefit .However , although the practice reduces economic losses of operation , it increases potential of gasification risk so it should not be carried out blindly without thorough understanding of working system and full confidence .
