摘要 随着油气管道业快速发展,油品交易日益增多,流量计的重要性日益突出。科氏流量计可以直接显示质量流量、密度以及温度,有着广阔的应用前景。文中从介绍科氏流量计组成、工作原理入手,以提高质量流量计的测量准确度为目的,结合实际工作,通过分析零点不稳定度、油品含气等对流量计测量精度的影响,提出了安装、调零、选取合适的流量范围、后期维护等方面的处理方法,提高了质量流量计的准确度。 With the rapid development of oil and gas pipeline industry, oil trade is increasing, and the flowmeter highlights its growing importance. The Coriolis flowmeter that can directly display" the mass flow rate, density and temperature,is a set of multi- pie functions in one of the measuring instruments, with wide-ranging application prospects. This paper introduces the Coriolis flowmeter composition and its working principle. Taking the improvement of the survey accuracy of the mass flow gauge as its goal,combined with the actual work,focusing on an analysis of the zero uncertainty and of the impact of gas-bearing oil products on the fow measurement accruracy, this paper proposed the appropriate flow range in the process of the selection, installation and zero adjustment as well as other corresponding measures at the later stage of maintenance and upgraded the accuracy of the mass flow gauge.
