摘要 文中介绍了内焊机加半自动焊工艺在现场施工的运用,通过焊接工艺的对比,体现出内焊机加半自动焊工艺的优势。重点阐述设备组成、施工工序、工艺优势及现场施工过程中的运用情况,反映出内焊机加半自动焊工艺的特点,能够显著提高施工效率,降低施工成本。内焊机加半自动焊工艺完全适用于管道现场施工。 The technology of the pipe internal welder through a semi-antomatic welding process in the use of natural gas pro- jects, by comparing the welding processes, demonstrates the advantages of the pipe internal welder in the semi-automatic welding process. The paper is focused on the equipment composition, the construction process, the advantage of the processing method and the application of the construction process, and the reaction to the feature of the pipe internal welder in the semi-antomatic weld- ing process. The technology mentioned here can greatly improve the construction efficiency and reduce the cost of construction. So, the technology of the pipe internal welder is fully applicable to the pipeline site construction.
