摘要
唐钢炼铁厂高炉炉壳铁口下方有一较长立缝多次开裂,分析了裂纹产生原因和现场操作特点。采用焊条电弧焊打底、CO2气体保护焊进行过渡焊和盖面层焊,选用直径φ1.2 mm的HSM307Si焊丝,以及φ(Ar)98%+φ(O2)2%的混合保护气体,经焊接工艺评定后应用于现场操作,效果良好。
In the Tangshan Iron and steel ironworks,a blast furnace shell iron mouth has a long standing seam repeated crack. This paper analyses the cause of the crack and the characteristics of field operation,adopts SMAW as backing welding,CO2 gas shielded are welding as layer and cosmetic welding,selects the diameter 1.2 mm HSM307Si wire,and φ(Ar) 98% + φ(O2) mixed shielding gas 2%. The evaluation of welding process applied to the operation site good effect.
