摘要
设计的嵌入式天然气井口数据远程监测系统以嵌入式微处理器ARM7为核心硬件,以GSM网络作为传输平台,利用短信业务方式完成数据的无线传输。上位机使用LabVIEW软件搭建虚拟仪器平台,实现天然气井口数据的远程监测。结果表明所设计的气井远程监测系统稳定性好、实时性强、可靠性高,在提高生产效率的同时节省了组网成本,降低了员工劳动强度。
The embedded remote monitoring system for data of natural gas wellhead is designed taking the embedded microprocessor ARM7 as hardware core, using GSM network as the transmission platform, utilizing SMS service for the wireless data transferring. The host computer uses the software LabVIEW to construct virtual instruments platform for remote monitoring the data of natural gas wellhead. The results show that the remote monitoring system for data of natural gas wellhead has good stability, strong real-time capability and high reliability, which improves production efficiency and saves the cost of network and reduces the labor intensity of workers.
