摘要
中亚天然气管道是中国第一条引进境外天然气的管道,在其建设和运营过程中,需要对部分管段内的高压天然气进行放空。文章针对乌兹别克斯坦临时段管道,探讨了其部分管段内的天然气放空方法,对天然气放空量和放空时间进行了理论计算。现场采用了水平放置火炬的点火方式,通过放空流程操作与控制,成功地实现了该临时段管道内高压天然气安全可靠、平稳快速放空。
Trans-Asia Gas Pipeline is the first pipeline importing foreign natural gas to China. During its construction and production, high pressure gas discharging operations are needed for partial pipeline sections. This paper discusses the gas discharging method of temporary pipeline section of Uzbekistan Pipeline that is a part of Trans-Asia Gas Pipeline; conducts the theoretical calculations of gas discharging volume and time. The ignition way of horizontal flare on-site is adopted. Through the operation and control of gas discharging process flow, the high pressure natural gas in the temporary pipeline is discharged safely, quickly and steadily.
