摘要 大口径长距离岩石地层顶管施工技术在我国油气管道工程中得到越来越多地运用。文章通过对大口径长距离岩石地层顶管施工中制约正常掘进的主要因素的介绍,结合西气东输二线东段顶管隧道施工工作情况,阐述了顶管机头的刀盘、刀具、膨润土泥浆配置与压力、施工过程中的控制因素等现场管控要素在顶管施工中对总体掘进施工的影响。对各项因素的分析结果也为类似的顶管施工提供了经验。 The technology of pipe jacking construction in rocky stratum for large diameter long-distance pipelines is more and more used in China's oil and gas pipeline projects. In this paper, the main factors restricting the normal boring operation in rock stratum in pipe jacking construction of large diameter long-distance pipeline are analyzed, and combined with the actual situation in tunnel construction site of the eastern section of the Second West to East Gas Pipeline, the main effect of influencing factors, such as cutter header, cutters, bentonite mud preparation and pressure, control factors in construction course, on overall pipe-jacking construction are illustrated. The analysis results provide experience for similar pipe jacking construction projects.
