甘蓝型油菜隐性核雄性不育系不育株与可育株性状比较 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究甘蓝型油菜隐性细胞核雄性不育系不育株和可育株性状的差异,以13个不育系为材料,对不育株与可育株的植株性状、产量性状及菜籽品质进行比较。结果表明:1)不育株与可育株间的性状存在差异。不育株比可育株的株高增加13.64cm、主花序增长9.89cm、单株二次有效分枝数增加5.48个、单株总有效分枝数增加5.95个、单株有效角果数增加91.0角、千粒重增加0.54g,增加达显著水平;不育株比可育株的根颈粗降低2.11mm、角粒数降低5.8粒、有效结角率降低8.87百分点、单株产量降低4.89g,差异均达显著水平。2)不育株与可育株菜籽的10个品质指标均较接近,差异不显著。 In order to investigate the difference of sterile and fertile plants characters with recessive genetic male sterile line in B.napus,the plant,yield and quality characters of sterile and fertile plants were carried out by taking 1 3 sterile line as materials.The results showed that:1 )There was difference of characters between the sterile and fertile plants.The sterile plants compared with the fertile plants, increased the plant height by 13.64 cm,the main rachis length by 9.89 cm,the 2ed branches per plant by 5.48,the total branches per plant by 5.95,the effective pod per plant by 91.0,the 1000-seed weight by 0. 54 g,but decreased the root base diameter by 2.11 mm,the seed number per pod by 5.8,the effective pod rate by 8.87%,the yield per plant by 4.89 g respectively.Its difference both reached the significant level. 2)There was no significant difference in 10 quality indicators between the sterile and fertile plants seeds.
