摘要
为了解密集烤房不同装烟方式对烤后有机烟叶质量的影响,进行了密集烤房挂竿、散叶插签和烟夹装烟方式试验。结果表明:散叶插签和烟夹装烟可以加快烟叶变黄程度,相对于挂竿装烟处理,插签装烟处理烤后烟叶的颜色较深,油分较足,烟碱含量较低(降低18.62%),蛋白质含量较低(降低12.57%),主要化学成分协调性较好,烟叶品质最好;烟夹处理次之,挂竿处理相对略差。
Three tobacco-loading patterns were tested in the bulk curing barn to study the effect of different tobacco-loading patterns on quality of organic tobacco.The results showed that the tobacco-loading patterns of the disperse leaves-sticking and leaves-loading with a clip could accelerate tobacco yellowing degree compared with the tobacco-loading with a rope pattern and the tobacco quality with deep color,sufficient oil content,lower nicotine content,lower protein content and better harmony of main chemical components under the disperse leaves-sticking pattern was the best,followed by the leaves-loading with a clip.
