摘要
为吉祥草的人工栽培提供理论依据,以林阴地、林缘地和无遮阴地3种生境的吉祥草为材料,采用遮阴处理,测定了抗逆性生理指标的变化。结果表明:遮阴处理对吉祥草抗逆性生理指标的变化存在显著影响,随着遮阳网层数的增加,吉祥草可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量呈下降趋势,而蛋白质和 MDA含量在不同生境来源种质间存在一定差异,但总体上胁迫程度为0层>1层>2层>3层,即0层遮阴处理(即全光照)所造成的逆境胁迫最严重。在吉祥草大田生产中,应以1层或2层遮阴处理为佳,即遮阴度以75%~93%为宜。
Reineckea carnea plants from forest shadow land,forest edge land and land without shadow were treated with different overshadow to determine physiological indexes of stress resistance for provide the theoretical basis in artificial cultivation of R.carnea.The results showed that overshadow treatment had the significant effect on physiological indexes of stress resistance.The soluble sugar and proline content showed a declining trend with increase of shading net layers.There was a certain difference in protein and MDA content between different habitats with increase of shading net layers and the stress degree was 0 layer >1 layer>2 layers >3 layers overshadow treatment on the whole.The 1 layer and 2 layers overshadow treatment with 75%~93% shadow degree should be used in field production of R. carnea.
