不同外源营养物对烟蚜茧蜂寿命的影响

Effect of Different Exogenous Nutrients on Life of Aphidius gifuensis

为筛选出较为适合的外源营养物,提高人工养殖烟蚜茧蜂的存活时间,设置不同浓度的白砂糖水、蜂蜜水和葡萄糖水对烟蚜茧蜂成蜂进行饲喂试验,研究外源营养物对烟蚜茧蜂存活率的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的白砂糖水对烟蚜茧蜂成蜂寿命的影响差异显著,葡萄糖水对烟蚜茧蜂成蜂寿命的影响差异极显著,不同浓度的蜂蜜水对烟蚜茧蜂成蜂寿命的影响差异不显著。各营养物中,浓度25%的白砂糖水在组间以及组内对烟蚜茧蜂存活时间的影响都最为显著,用其饲喂的烟蚜茧蜂成蜂寿命达202.5h,约为空白对照组的4.35倍,清水饲喂组的3倍,25%蜂蜜水组(组内效果最好)的1.2倍,5%葡萄糖水组(组内效果最好)的2.1倍。

For screening more appropriate exogenous nutrients,increasing the survival time of artificial breeding of A. gifuensis, a feeding test was conducted by setting various concentrations of white granulated sugar,honey water and glucose water as experimental materials.So as to explore the effects of exogenous nutrient on survival rate of A.gifuensis.The results showed that different concentrations of sugar water had significantly different effects on the life of A.gifuensis.And glucose water had extremely significantly different effects on it,while honey water had no significant difference.2 5% sugar water had significant effects on the life of A.gifuensis,the life reached 202.5 h,4.35 times of CK,three times of fresh water.1.2 times of 25% honey water group and 2.1 times of 5% glucose water.
