摘要
为探明重金属对烟草的毒害效应以及抗性机理,采用盆栽及磺基水杨酸法,研究了不同土壤类型Cd、Hg、Pb、As胁迫对烟草叶片中脯氨酸含量的影响。结果表明:1)在不同土壤条件下,低浓度重金属胁迫对脯氨酸的含量具有一定的抑制作用,随着重金属Cd、Hg、As浓度的增加,脯氨酸的含量均呈先降低后升高的趋势;重金属Pb呈逐渐增加的趋势,说明,高浓度的重金属胁迫对烟草脯氨酸是一种胁迫适应性反应。2)石灰土中,重金属Cd、Hg浓度为1.5mg/kg时,烟草脯氨酸的含量较对照(CK)降低最明显;黄棕壤中,重金属As对烟草脯氨酸含量的影响最大,较CK减少最为显著;4种重金属胁迫下,红壤的CK处理中脯氨酸含量最高。
In order to explore the toxic effects of heavy metals on tobacco and resistance mechanisms, a pot experiment and sulfosalicylic acid method were used to study the proline content in tobacco leaves under stress of Cd,Hg,Pb and As.Results:1 )Under different soil conditions,low concentrations of heavy metals had certain inhibiting effects on proline content,and the proline content first decreased and then increased along with the increasing of Cd,Hg and As concentrations,while increased gradually with increasing Pb concentration. Tobacco proline content had an adaptive stress response to high concentrations of heavy metals.2)In limestone soil proline content significantly decreased compared with CK under stress of 1.5 mg/kg Cd and Hg;In yellow brown soil As had the most significant influence on proline content compared with CK;Under stress of the four heavy metals,the proline content was the highest in CK treatment in red soil.
