摘要
为新村建设规划中的村镇体系布局提供决策依据,采用数据挖掘建模算法、数据挖掘分析软件SPSS clementine为挖掘工具,并通过选取不同指标,对四川内江市市中区新村建设规划中的村镇等级规模进行了定量分析。结果表明:建设用地总规模、总人口数、行政级别、区域位置、从业人数、GDP和农民人均纯收入的权重分别为0.18、0.16、0.06、0.12、0.15、0.17和0.16,以建设用地总规模和GDP影响作用更为明显;按综合评价得分高低,研究区域内的14乡村镇划分为3个级别,其中,一级村镇1个,二级村镇5个,三级村镇8个。
In order to provide a decision basis for villages and towns system layout in new village construction planning, quantitative analysis of towns and villages grade scales in Neijiang, Shizhong, Sichuan were carried out by data mining modeling algorithm, data mining analysis software SPSS clementine for different indicators were adopted. The results showed that the weight of total scale of construction land, total population, administrative levels, regional position, employee, GDP, and rural net income per capita were 0.18, 0.16, 0.06, 0.12, 0.15, 0.17, and 0.12, respectively, especially, the effect of total scale of construction land and GDP were obvious. According to the comprehensive evaluation scores, the study area in 14 rural towns could be divided into three levels, among them, 1 was 1st grade, 5 were 2nd grade, and 8 were 3rd grade.
