基于PT双因素的管壳体收缩模型研究

摘要 管壳体卡口收缩尺寸与其材料、卡口位置、受力分布、卡具形状等诸多因素有关。本文对影响管壳体卡口收缩尺寸的压力因素(P)和压力作用时间(T)进行研究,应用双因素回归分析法和方差分析法对数据进行分析讨论,并建立管壳体PT收缩模型,探究管壳体卡口收缩尺寸与压力(P)及压力作用时间(T)的相关性和变化规律,结果显示所建立的PT收缩模型能很好反映管壳体卡口收缩尺寸压力因素及压力作用时间之间的关系。 The tube shell Bayonet shrink size is closely related to many factors, such as its material, bayonet position, stress distribution, fixture etc. In this paper, the influence of pressure (P) and the pressure duration time (T) on the bayonet shrink the size of the tube shell were studied. The double factors(DF) regression analysis and variance analysis method was applied to analyze data, and the FI" shrinkage tube shell model was established. The correlation of the tube shell bayonet shrinkage size and stress factors (P) and pressure time (T), and its change rules were explored. Results show that the established PT contraction model can well reflect the relation- ship between the tube shell shrinkage size and the PT factors.
