摘要
本文从橡胶皮带失效入手,统计分析失效原因,得出皮带主要失效为疲劳失效。由于疲劳失效与弯曲应力有着一定的联系,所以作者推导了皮带的弯曲应力公式,然后具体分析了抽油机配重端皮带上行和下行时的应力,并得出了应力分布情况,为设计带轮和皮带的选取及研究皮带传动疲劳失效机理提供理论依据。
This paper analyzed rubber belt failure reasons, statistical analysis of the failure reason, it is concluded that the mainly failure types is fatigue failure. Due to the fatigue failure involves bending stree, this article deduced the bending stress formula of the belt, and analyzed the belt upstream and downstream stress of the pumping unit balance weight port, and the stress distribution is obtained. It provide theoretical basis for belt wheel design, belt selection and the study of belt drive fatigue failure mechanism.
