从需要层次理论看高校思想政治教育的路径选择

Paths of College Students' Ideological and Political Education under Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs

随着整个社会德育环境的发展及当前大学生性格特点的变化,高校思想政治教育的继续有效推进成为德育工作者应当思考的问题。从马斯洛需要层次理论入手,对高校思想政治教育的路径进行分析,并提出新途径,以求高校思想政治教育工作的有效实施。

With the development of social environment, and changes of college students＇ characteristics, it has become urgent for moral educators to ponder how to promote college ideological and political education effectively. This paper applies Maslow＇ s hi- erarchy of needs to college students＇ education, and proposes new ways, in order to promote the implement of college ideological and political education.
