人性化照护对乳腺癌患者癌因性疲乏和生活质量的影响

Influence on life quality and cancer-related fatigue of human caring in breast cancer patients

目的探讨人性化照护对乳腺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏与生活质量的影响。方法将70例乳腺癌化疗患者随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用化疗常规护理,研究组在护理过程中实行人性化照护,应用简易疲乏量表(BFI)和生活质量量表(QOL)评估、分析护理前后两组患者的癌因性疲乏与生活质量。结果实施人性照护后,研究组癌因性疲乏与生活质量得分均高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组生活质量得分高于护理前(P<0.05),照护后疲乏程度与护理前比较无差异(P>0.05),对照组护理前后生活质量得分比较无差异(P>0.05),癌因性疲乏程度加重(P<0.05)。结论人性化照护可减轻或消除乳腺癌患者癌因性疲乏,显著提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of human caring theory and methods on quality of life and cancer -related fatigue in chemotherapy patients of breast cancer .Methods Seventy chemotherapy patients of breast cancer were randomly divided into research group and control group .Patients in the control group were provided with general care ,while those in research group were provided the human caring .To evaluate and analysis the cancer-related fatigue and quality of life in the control group and the research group by Sim-ple Fatigue Scale （SFS） and Quality of Life Scale （QOL）.Results The scores of simple fatigue and quality of life in the research group were higher than those in the control group （P＆lt;0.05）, the score of quality of life in the research group higher than that before the human caring（P＆lt;0.05）, the score of simple fatigue in the research group has no significant difference compared with before care （P＆gt;0.05）.Quality of Life Scores of the control group has no differences before and after care （P＆gt;0.05）, cancer-related fatigue after care was higher than that before （ P＆lt;0.05 ） .Conclusion Human caring theory can eliminate cancer-related fatigue in chemotherapy patients of breast cancer and improve the quality of life .
