深静脉置管非计划性拔管的原因分析及应对策略

Analysis of reasons of deep venipuncture's unplanned extubation and coping strategies

目的调查研究深静脉置管患者UEX的原因,并提出应对策略,有效延长导管寿命,为患者顺利治疗提供重要保障。方法对深圳某医院364例置管患者进行回顾性研究。结果 364例患者中有56例发生UEX,其中因导管堵塞拔管17例,因静脉炎拔管15例,因CRBSI拔管10例,因皮肤过敏拔管9例,因导管异位拔管5例。结论护理人员和患者对导管的维护是保障导管正常使用的关键,加强护理人员的责任心,提高护理人员无菌意识,加强护患沟通合作可有效延长深静脉导管的使用寿命。

Objective Investigating unplanned extubation reasons of patients with deep vein catheter ,and putting forward preven-tion countermeasures ,effectively prolonging the life of catheter ,providing important guarantee for smooth treatment .Methods A hospi-tal in Shenzhen 364 patients with catheter were retrospectively studied .Results 56 cases of 364 cases of patients occurred unplanned extubation ,among them 17 were extubated for catheter jams ,15 were extubated for phlebitis decannulation ,10 were extubated for CRB-SI,9 were extubated for skin allergy of ,5 were extubated for ectopic extubated catheter .Conclusions Nursing staff and patients for pipe maintenance are the key to the protection of the normal use of catheters , strengthening nurses＆#39;sense of responsibility , improving nursing staff aseptic principles of consciousness ,strengthening communication and cooperation nurses and patients can effectively pro -long the service life of deep venous catheter .
