激光熔覆-等离子渗氮制备高氮FeMnCrAl涂层的组织和性能

摘要 采用激光熔覆与等离子渗氮相结合的工艺在45钢表面制备了高氮FeMnCrAl涂层。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)及硬度试验等方法研究了高氮FeMnCrAl涂层的显微组织、硬度和耐磨损性能。结果表明,经渗氮处理的FeMnCrAl涂层主要由ξ-Fe2N、ε-Fe3N和Cr2N氮化物以及含氮α-Fe组成,其平均硬度高达1788 HV0.3,从而具有良好的耐磨性,磨损失重下降了约63%。 The high-nitrogen FeMnCrA1 coating was prepared on 45 steel by means of laser cladding followed by plasma nitriding. The microstructure, hardness and wear resistance of the nitrided FeMnCrA1 coating were investigated by using SEM, EDS, XRD, hardness test and other methods. The results show that the microstructure of the nitrided FeMnCrA1 coating was composed essentially of such nitrides as ξ-Fe2N, α-Fe3N and Cr2N as well as nitrogen-containing α-Fe phase, and provided with average hardness as high as 1788 HV0.3, consequently offers excellent wear resistance, with its wore mass being reduced by about 63%.
