三销轴叉用感应器的设计及工艺优化

引入标准化设计理念,设计了三销轴叉的仿形感应器。将同一类型的感应器部件系列化,可以缩短制造周期,便于批量生产及维护。该类型的感应器适用范围广泛,耐用,互换性好。分析了感应淬火工艺对三销轴叉显微组织的影响。最终三销轴叉的硬化层组织符合要求。

Contour inductor intended for TULIP was designed by quoting a standardizing concept. Seriation of the comparable inductors may shorten their manufacturing period and be easy to be batch manufactured and maintained. The inductors so designed and manufactured can be extensively used, are durable and have good interchangeability. The effect of induction hardening process on the mierostructure of the TULIP was analyzed. Finally, the case microstructure of the TULIP conforms with the requirement.
