薰衣草提取物对小鼠H22移植瘤的抑制作用

The Inhibitory Effects of the Lavender angustifolia on H22 Bearing Mice

探讨薰衣草乙醇提取物对小鼠移植性实体瘤H22的抑制作用。将H22瘤株接种于小鼠,制备移植性实体瘤模型。计算肿瘤抑制率、胸腺及脾脏指数和体重变化;测定白蛋白及白细胞数;采用ELISA法检测血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的水平。薰衣草抑瘤率达42.6%,显著提高胸腺指数;薰衣草用药组与阳性对照组相比,显著提高白细胞数和体重;薰衣草不同程度地上调血清TNF-α和IL-6的水平,下调VEGF的水平。薰衣草对移植瘤有明显的抑瘤作用,其机制可能是通过调节免疫功能和抑制肿瘤组织血管生成而发挥抗肿瘤作用。

To study the inhibitory effects of Lavender angustifolia on H22 transplanted tumor in mice. The H22 transplanted mouse models were established ,and then the tumor growth inhibition ratio, spleen and thymus indexes, and the changes of weights were calculated; the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α）, interlekin-6 （IL-6） and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor （VEGF）were determined with ELISA method, and the number of WBC as well as albumin level were detected. The tumor growth inhibition ratios of Lavender angustifolia were 42.6 %. The treatment with Lavender angustifolia significantly increased the spleen index, elevated the serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6,reduced the VEGF of tumor tissue, and increased the serum albumin. The number of WBC of Lavender angustifolia group was not signifi control group ,but significantly higher than the positive control group. The cantly different from the normal Lavender angustifolia exerted a significant anti-tumor effect on transplanted tumor,the possible mechanisms may be related with the rugulation of immunofuction and anti-angiogenetic action in tumor tissue.
