摘要
红枣果皮蜡质是影响红枣果品品质的重要因素,为了分析南疆灰枣果皮蜡质成分,本试验采用溶剂萃取和气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS),对南疆灰枣果皮蜡质提取工艺与主要成分进行了研究。结果表明:最佳提取工艺条件为,三氯甲烷与二氯甲烷混合配比为1∶2,总溶剂添加量为20mL,提取时间为60s;GC-MS共鉴定出灰枣果皮蜡质24种化合物:即酯类5种、酸类7种、醇类4种、烯类3种、烷类2种和三氟乙酰胺与9反,12反-9,12十八二碳烯酰氯各一种。
ingredien extration : Red jujube peel wax is an important factor that influences red fruit quality, In order to determine the ts of South Xinjiang grey jujube peel wax,this experiment utlizes solvent extraction to study the process and major ingredients of South Xinjiang grey jujube peel wax,selecting chloroform and methylene chloride and hexane as extraction solvent. It applies GC-MS to conduct a preliminary analysis of crude extracts of grey jujube peel wax. The results show: the best extraction technology conditions are listed as followed: the total solvent dosage is 20 mL, the mixing ratio between Chloroform and methylene chloride is 2:1, Extracting period is lasting 60 s. By GC-MS were identified 25 kinds of compounds and 15 kinds of esters,which are respectively dimethoxy- ethyl hexanoate, ethyl undecylenate, 9,12,15-18 carbon triene ethyl ester, tallow ethyl ester of arachidonic acid ethyl ester,9,12,15-octadecadienoic three acrylic-2 , 1-methoxy-ethyl butyl azelaic acid, capric acid methyl ester, styrene-acrylic acid ethyl ester, palmitic acid hexadecyl acrylate, suberic acid monomethyl ester trans-methyl oleate,9,12-octadecadienoic diene ester.These 3 kinds of ethers are Glycerol ether, 1-Single nonane glycerol ether and α-Hong dryad ether. Besides this,there are still some following substances exsisting which are alcohols: allyl alcohol; salt: α-D-galactose skin anthracene ring phenyl borate; fructose class: D-fructose,lactose class of α-L-pyran- galactose; alkanes: 1-methoxy-3-(2- thoxy)-nonane, acids : palmitic acid and so on.
