Ezrin在骨巨细胞瘤中的表达及意义

EXPRESSION AND SIGNIFICANCE OF EZRIN IN GIANT CELL TUMOR

目的:探讨骨巨细胞瘤(GCT)中埃兹(Ezrin)蛋白的表达及其与GCT临床病理参数的关系。方法:采用SP免疫组化法检测75例GCT中Ezrin蛋白的表达,并分析其与GCT临床病理参数的关系。结果:Ezrin在GCT中的阳性表达率按临床影像学分级分别为Ⅰ级13.3%、Ⅱ级33.3%、Ⅲ级80.0%。GCT中Ezrin的阳性表达率与患者的年龄、性别以及病理分期无关(P>0.05),与GCT的临床影像学分级有关(P<0.01)。结论:Ezrin可作为判断GCT局部浸润的指标,从而为GCT的临床治疗提供帮助。

Objective：To explore the expression of Ezrin in giant cell tumor （GCT） and its relationships with clinicopathological parameters of GCT.Methods：SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Ezrin in 75 cases GCT and analyze its relationships with clinicopathological parameters of GCT.Results：The positive expression rate of Ezrin in GCT was 13.3%（gradeⅠ）, 33.3%（gradeⅡ） and 80.0%（gradeⅢ）, which was not related with age, sex and pathological stage （P＆gt;0.05）, but related with radiographic grade （P＆lt;0.01）. Conclusions：Ezrin can be acted as index to judge local invasion of GCT, and provide help for clinical treatment of GCT.
