HPLC法测定栀子金花分散片中盐酸小檗碱的含量

DETERMINATION OF BERBERINE HYDROCHLORIDE CONTENT IN ZHIZIJINHUA DISPERSIBLE TABLET BY HPLC

目的:建立栀子金花分散片中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定,色谱条件:Diamonsil-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.6%磷酸二氢钠溶液(30:70),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为350nm。结果:盐酸小檗碱在2.5-50μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9995;盐酸小檗碱加样回收率(n=6)为100.85%,RSD为3.7%;栀子金花分散片中盐酸小檗碱平均含量为0.633%。结论:本研究建立的HPLC测定栀子金花分散片中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法简便、重复性好,可用于栀子金花分散片中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定。

Objective：To establish a method for determining of berberine hydrochloride content in ZhiziJinhua Dispersible Tablet.Methods：HPLC was used to determine berberine hydrochloride content in ZhiziJinhua Dispersible Tablet. The chromatographic column was Diamonsil-C18 （4.6＆#215;150mm, 5μm）, with acetonitrile-0.6%NaH2PO4 （30：70） as mobile phase, flow rate：1.0ml/min, detection wavelength：350nm. Results：The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 2.5-50μg （r=0.9995）;the average recovery of berberine hydrochloride was 100.85%, RSD was3.7%（n=6）. The average content of berberine hydrochloride in ZhiziJinhua Dispersible Tablet was 0.633%.Conclusions：Determination of berberine hydrochloride content in ZhiziJinhua Dispersible Tablet by HPLC in this study is simple and reproducible, and can be used for determiningberberinehydrochloridecontentin ZhiziJinhua DispersibleTablet.
