Construction Strategies of Harmonious Higher Vocational Classes

在提倡构建和谐社会的今天,构建各和谐领域的倡导也应运而生。和谐校园成为当今和谐社会建设的重要组成部分,而和谐班集体建设是和谐校园的具体表现。本文结合高职学生的心理特征,将企业管理学理论应用到高职班级管理中,高职学生在提前感知企业管理的同时,探析和谐高职班集体构建策略,为和谐班集体建设提供探索性建议。

Based on the psychological characteristics of higher vocational students, the paper applies the enterprise management theory into the management of higher vocational classes, letting the students be familiar with the enterprise management in advance, in order to explore construction strategies of harmonious higher vocational classes, and provides some suggestions about it.
