摘要
高职校中德育管理多以量化为主,多体现教师的权威性,此理念尤其缺陷和弊端。在社会发展前提下,高职生群体有其自身特点,可通过社会实践、学生的自我管理、增强学校的文化氛围、构建网络平台等激发学生积极主动性,实行柔性德育管理,促进德育管理的实效性。
Vocational students have their own characteristics. Through social practice, students' self-management, strengthening the school cultural atmosphere and constructing the network platform, we can stimulate students' initiative, and by implementing flexible moral education management, promote the effectiveness of moral education management.
