Construction and application of Life-cycle Management Platform of Beijing Buildings

本文论述了北京市房屋全生命周期管理平台的建设思路与主要内容,包括房屋基础数据库的建设和房屋普查数据修正、房屋数据与建设管理业务数据关联、房屋空间图元数据入库更新的方法,以及宏观展示房屋总量、全市房屋基础数据应用共享等6方面功能,实现了"以图管房"的管理模式和北京市房屋的精细化管理。

This paper dealt with the construction thought and the main content of Life-cycle Management Platform of Beijing Buildings, including the construction of building foundation database, and a revising method of the building investigation data, an associative method of the building data and construction management data, and a method of building metafile data gathering and updating. Moreover, six key runctions such as the demonstration of the building amount, the sharing of basic building data, etc. were introduced. The result could provide a reference to buildings management mode of DLG for delicacy management of Beijing buildings.
