三维GIS的楼宇信息化研究与实践

Research and implementation of buildings informatization based on 3DGIS

本文利用GIS解决楼宇——楼层联动、楼宇楼层房间一体化等房产领域信息化问题,并将该技术和Visual Studio.net、ArcGIS Engine、数据库以及ADO技术相结合,应用于开发具有房产楼宇特定功能的应用型三维GIS系统,为数字小区、数字房产的建设以及房产公司和市、区、县房产管理部门提高办事效率提供借鉴,以解决社会经济发展的实际问题。

In this paper, combined with the actual characteristics of building GIS, 3DGIS technology was used to solve informatization problems in estate field, such as building-floor linkage, integration of buildings, floors and rooms, and by using Visual Studio. net, ArcGIS Engine, database and ADO, 3D GIS with specific functions in building GIS was explored. This technology would provide reference for not only constructing digital district and digital building, but also improving efficiency for government and estate company, in order to solve the actual problems of social and economic development.
