摘要
为了了解高职院校双师型教师课程开发能力培养情况,对233名教师进行了问卷调查。调查发现:目前高职院校,尤其是民办高职院校较少开展课程开发能力培养活动,公办和民办高职院校教师对"双师型"教师课程开发能力培养的认识在培养主体、培养内容和评价措施等方面有很多相似之处,但在培养目标、培养方法和影响因素等方面存在明显差异。基于调查结果,对高职院校"双师型"教师课程开发能力培养提出了建议。
In order to know the situation of teachers’ curriculum development ability training of double-meaning teachers in higher vocational colleges ,a questionnaire survey to 233 teachers is taken. The survey shows that at present ,higher vocational colleges ,especially civilian-run higher vocational colleges ,carry out less curriculum development ability training activities ;state-run and civilian-run higher vocational college teachers have much similarity on training subjects ,training contents and evaluation measures about cognition of double-meaning teachers’ curriculum development ability training ,and have obvious differences on training objectives ,training methods and influencing factors. Based on the survey results ,this article puts forward some suggestions for higher vocational college teachers’ curriculum development ability training .
