摘要
试验矿石属于高硫铜锌多金属矿,含铜黄铁矿石多为浸染状,矿石的矿物组成比较复杂。原矿含铜0.736%,含锌1.44%,含硫25.02%。在确定较佳药剂制度和控制浮选时间的基础上,进行了闭路流程试验,试验结果为铜精矿的品位为20.15%,回收率为87.61%;锌精矿的品位为52.31%,回收率为83.55%,技术指标较好,为该矿石的综合利用提供参考依据。
The ore belongs to high-sulfur Cu-Zn polymetallic ore, in which the pyrite containing copper is dissemina- ted, and the mineral composition of ore is complex. The grade of Cu, Zn and S in the raw ore is 0. 736%, 1.44% and 25.02% respectively. On the basis of the best reagent system and controlling flotation time, the results of the closed-circuit test as follows :the copper concentrate with the grade of 20.15% and the recovery of 87.61% and the zinc concentrate with the grade of 52.31% and the recovery of 83.55% were obtained. The technological index is relatively good,which provides reference base for comprehensive utilization of this kind of ores.
