摘要 陕西某镜铁矿矿石熔矿岩石属于钠长石岩和石英钠长石岩,矿物组成简单。金属矿物主要为镜铁矿,其次为少量黄铁矿以及由黄铁矿蚀变而成的褐铁矿。脉石矿物主要为斜长石,石英次之。镜铁矿是一种弱磁性矿物,通常采用磁化焙烧+弱磁选或强磁选工艺进行回收利用鉴于强磁选的选矿成本相对较高。根据矿石性质进行了单一强磁选、单一重选以及重选+强磁联合工艺对比试验研究。对比试验结果表明,采用单一重选工艺,细粒镜铁矿损失大,回收率低,不适合该矿石特性。采用单一强磁选及重—磁联合工艺均可获得较好的选矿指标,获得的铁精矿品位62%以上,回收率为83%以上,为资源的开发利用提供了新途径。 The smelting rocks of a specularite ore in Shaanxi belong to albitite and quartz albitite, whose mineral composition is very simple. The main metallic mineral is hematite, followed by a small amount of pyrite and limo- nite. Plagioclase is the main gangue mineral, then quartz. Specularite is a kind of weak-intensity magnetic mineral, so the process of magnetization roasting and weak-intensity magnetic separation or high-intensity magnetic separation is usually adopted for its recovery. The contrast test results showed that when the single gravity concentration was a- dopted, the loss of fine specularite was relatively high and the recovery wass relatively low, not suitable for the ore characteristics. But, when the combined process of the single high-intensity magnetic separation and gravity concen- tration was adopted, the iron concentrate with the grade of 62% and the recovery of 83 % was obtained, which provide a new way for the development and utilization of resources.
