研究分析了定安县的生态环境、资源以及开展创建"放心粮油示范县"(试点)活动的充分条件和理由,并有针对性的提出启动和实施该试点活动的举措。

The ecological environment, resource and sufficient condition and reason of carry- ing out and establishing （experiment unit） activity ＂relieved grain and oil demonstration country＂ in Dingan Country were studied and analysed. Measures of activating and implementing the ex-periment activity were raised.
