真空引水罐的设计与应用

The design and application of vacuum water diversion tank

对于离心泵安装位置高于地面的供水系统,采用真空引水罐进行引水启动,能克服底阀引水方式存在的阻力损失大、底阀维修困难、容易堵塞的缺点,避免其他引水措施每次启动均需重复引水的缺陷,在生产系统中广泛应用。通过对真空引水罐的主要参数进行计算,并结合实际设计与应用经验,提出几种真空引水罐的设计参数。

The design parameters of several vacuum water di- version tank were put forward by calculating the main parameters of the vacuum tank and combi- ning with the practical application and design experience.
