浸镀速度和烘干温度对镀银铜线表面质量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用溶液浸镀纳米镀层技术对制备镀银铜线的生产工艺进行研究,并分析其相对于电镀技术的优越性.探讨镀银铜线的防氧化工艺和影响镀层厚度的因素.通过扫描电镜和高倍显微镜观察镀银铜线的表面质量并分析浸镀速度和烘干温度对镀银铜线表面质量的影响.结果表明:在烘干温度为250℃,浸镀速度为400r/min或者600r/min时,镀层的颜色接近银白色,而高于或者低于250℃进行烘干时,镀层颜色呈现不同程度的红色,从而确定出铜线镀银的最佳工艺参数,即烘干温度为250℃,浸镀速度为600r/min. The production process of silver-coated copper wire was investigated by the technology of liquid dip-plating nanometer coating and its superiority comparing to electroplating were analysed.The Anti-oxidation process of silver-coated copper wire and the factors of influencing coating thickness were discussed.The surface quality of silver-coated copper was observed by SEM and high-power microscope and the influence of drying temperature and dip-plating speed to the surface quality of silver-coated copper was analysed.The results show that the color of the coating is close to silver when the drying temperature is 250 ℃ and dip-plating speed 400 r/min or 600 r/min,but the color of the coating take on red in different degree when the drying temperature is higher or lower than 250 ℃.Thereby,the best production process is that the drying temperature is 250 ℃ and dip-plating speed is 600 r/min.
